This home is in the best location for visitors to FTL. You are in an upscale and very safe neighborhood right off A1A only 3-5 minute drive from everything!!! The expansive beach is a short 6 minute walk through the neighborhood. We have a beach cart, cooler, 4 beach chairs and plenty of oversized beach towels.

This 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house is made for entertaining. There is plenty of outdoor space around the heated pool which is located on the beautiful Marion River that connects to the intercoastal!! The home is located in Harbor Beach which is the neighborhood right off A1A in magnificent Fort Lauderdale Beach.
The open floor plan is excellent for a large family/families or group to enjoy. With the beautiful weather in Fort Lauderdale year round all you need to do is open the glass doors that exit to the expansive backyard, waterway and pool area. You can easily enjoy an indoor/outdoor evening at this home!!
Whether you're BBQ'ing on the grill outside or cooking inside the stocked kitchen, you're sure to enjoy a fun and relaxing day or evening in this home!
The 4th bedroom also has a separate seating area for watching movies or gaming...perfect for families with kids. There are several relaxing places to lounge in the expansive tropical and lush back yard perfect for sun bathing, taking a dip in the pool or reading a book in the shade while the cool breeze off the waterway blows. We have plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and pool/beach towels to use during your stay.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living area, dining area, bar area/kitchen, an expansive back yard with high top table for eating and socializing, outdoor chairs/side tables and chairs to lounge in by the pool all overlooking the waterway.
There are a total of 3 Full Size HVAC/Central A/C units, so during the summer months this home stays very cool.
We have included everything that you need to cook and entertain, hangers, an iron/ironing board, bathing and oversized beach towels, some floats for the pool, lounge chairs for the pool as well as a couple of beach chairs. There is Comcast Blast Wifi throughout the home.

4th Bedroom: 2 Single beds (sleeps 2)/Closet/Ensuite Bathroom/Seating area for gaming or watching movies with 60' Flatscreen Smart TV with Xfinity X1. Washer/Dryer Closet is located in this room.
Living Room: There are 2 Air Mattresses that can be used here if guests do not wish to share beds in the rooms with the full size beds. There is plenty of seating for a large group with wall to wall french doors and windows overlooking the back yard, pool area and waterway. There are electric blinds, and an amplifier to hook up a Bluetooth device or Auxiliary to the outdoor speakers. Please bring your own auxiliary cord. There is also a 50' flat screen Smart TV with Xfinity X1. BLUETOOTH PORTABLE SPEAKER.
Full Kitchen: Everything needed to cook and serve is stocked in the kitchen with the exception of the food!! 🙂 Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender, standard drip coffee maker, Keurig, pots and baking pans, tupperware, 24 place-settings of silverware, glassware, serving forks/spoons, wine glasses, dishware etc.
There is also a full size grill on the patio with propane gas. All that you need is the food which you can pick up at our local grocery Publix or Whole Foods or have delivered through the Instacart App/Amazon Prime Now. Locations of the grocery are listed on our guidebook here in the airbnb app.
Pool Area/Waterfront Back Yard: There are 4 lounge chairs, 6 lounge beach chairs that may be taken to beach, outdoor seating, high/low top table and benches to enjoy the beautiful weather Fort Lauderdale has to offer. We have plenty of beach/pool towels so there is no need to bring your own! There are some small floats for the pool, but you can also purchase your own at our local market Publix or order through Amazon.
We have an electric pump at the home.
We also have a BBQ gas (propane) grill on the deck as well. We replace the tank on a regular basis, but if you need more propane there is a Walgreens 5 minutes away that can replace/exchange the tank for you during your stay.

1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.
4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.
