** Please note there are Motor Yachts docked at this property and the crew will have access to these yachts via a gated entrance on the side of the property. They do not have access to the home but they will be accessing the yachts outside. Motor Yacht Lady Kristina docked at the villa is available for charter. Villa Guests are able to take advantage of a 2 Hour, 4 Hour, 6 Hour or 8 Hour charter with full crew. Yacht Crew can also assist with Paddle Boards & Kayaks.

●Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis only. Approval requires that pets are potty trained, non-shedding, and that guests agree to all house rules regarding pets.

Below are compliance statements that the City of Fort Lauderdale requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:

1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

●Must be 25 years or older to book this property. Must present government-issued identification card and credit card used to pay for reservation at check-in that matches the information provided by the booking platform.

●For safety reasons, an additional security deposit in the form of an authorization hold may be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

To help protect the property during your stay, a refundable security authorization hold may be required.

The authorization hold amount varies based on the category and type of property reserved and will generally range from $500 to $2,000. The applicable authorization hold is processed on the day of arrival.

If you would like to know the specific authorization hold amount applicable to the property category you are considering, please message us prior to booking and our team will be happy to provide this information in advance.

An authorization hold is not a charge. The funds are temporarily authorized on the payment method provided and, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, missing items, violations, or other amounts due under the reservation agreement, the hold will be released within 5 to 15 days following departure. Please note that the timing for the funds to become available after release may vary depending on your financial institution.

Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit instead of an authorization hold. When a security deposit is required and collected for the reservation, an additional authorization hold will generally not be necessary.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable security deposit and/or authorization hold requirements associated with your stay.

●Dockage may be available for an additional fee. Drop off & Pick up are available by approved charter companies/vendors.

●This property is not suitable for events or parties. Photoshoots and/or video productions are not allowed at this property. Parking for 4-6 Vehicles in driveway max (depending on size). No Street Parking/No Parking on Landscaping/Grass/Sidewalk.
—Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

●We provide concierge-like services and can assist in helping booking Deep Sea Fishing, Yacht Charters, Chefs, Massage Therapists, and more. We also have a discount book in the home with discounts and deals that you would find when staying at a traditional luxury hotel.

● PET RULES:
-Confirmation from manager that property is pet friendly and approval of pet is required.
-Pets must be fully potty trained.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or inside the pool.
-All pet waste must be disposed of in a sealed pet waste bag and placed in the designated bin.
-If pet hair is found on linens or furniture, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
-Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet, including scratches, stains, or chewing on furniture.
-Pets must not dig or cause damage to the turf, landscaping, or outdoor furniture.

●If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, so they do not litter the property.

●We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool.

●We stock the home with pool floats; however, we can not guarantee how many. You are more than welcome to order from Amazon or pick it up at one of the local stores within 10 minutes of the home.

●Note: If you are staying for longer than 14 days additional cleaning fees may apply unless you are having the home cleaned during your stay.

It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence" if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278(8) of this Code.
The complete written text of the Vacation Rental Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida is available online.

Maximum occupancy is 12 Adults & (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age.

a. The maximum number of transient occupants authorized to stay overnight at any vacation rental shall be limited to two (2) persons per sleeping room. The number of sleeping rooms shall be confirmed by on-site inspection by a representative of the city, and

b. The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection b. shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and

c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.
