This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and there is a Noise Ordinance outside that will be enforced during your stay. The Noise Ordinance is from 10PM-7AM.

Must be 21 years or older to book this property. Our goal is to offer a truly turn key experience and ensure the home is fully stocked with everything you may need for all guests listed on the reservation to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.

If you would like cleaning service during your stay we do offer it. There is an additional charge for this. If you are staying more than 14 days an additional cleaning fee will be applied unless you have the home cleaned during your stay.

IMPORTANT: The guest booking this home must be staying in the home during the reservation. The guest booking this home is the person responsible for ensuring everyone is following all house rules and ensuring the home is taken care of during their stay.

3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.
