House has separate living room & family room with Sofa Sectional as well as a bar area. We provide 1 Queen Air Mattress for the Living Room.

The high gloss reflective ceilings create a unique living space, which complement the thoughtful décor and gorgeous accent walls. Smart home comes with power blinds and voice controlled lighting and audio. Swimming pool with a 5ft tall, 8ft wide waterfall, 2 Pentair Magic Bowls, a tanning shelf, two ledges and built in cooling fog machine. Gorgeous landscaping crafted by a celebrity landscaper, tiki hut, high end BBQ island, swing bar seats and hammock. Water filtration system.

PARKING is limited to 2-3 vehicle's depending on size. NO STREET PARKING, No Parking on landscaping or grass. This property is located Downtown in Victoria Park and vehicles will be towed by the city if illegally parked.
—Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatched to the property.

Valid ID and credit card used to secure a reservation are required upon arrival and the reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.

This home is in the upscale neighborhood of Victoria Park in Fort Lauderdale. Victoria Park is an upscale family-oriented neighborhood within walking distance to Las Olas Blvd where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants, pubs, and shopping. There are multiple parks within walking distance through the neighborhood and 2 Fort Lauderdale beaches (Fort Lauderdale Beach & Central Beach) are a short 5-minute drive. Below are compliance statements that the City of Fort Lauderdale requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:

1. It is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.
4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste containers must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except for the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

Must be 25 Years or Older to book this property. Must present a government-issued ID for check-in that matches the information provided by the booking platform used. No pets allowed.

For safety reasons, an additional security deposit in the form of an authorization hold may be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

-A starter pack of disposables is provided to our guests. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and more. If you are staying for a longer period, there are several local options to purchase more, including convenient delivery options via Instacart and Amazon Whole Foods delivery.

Luxury Vacation Stays provides complimentary concierge services via our partner TUX Concierge. We can assist in helping with Deep Sea Fishing, Yacht Charters, Chefs, Massage Therapists, and more. We also have a discount book in the home with discounts and deals that you would find when staying at a traditional hotel. Tux Concierge can be found online and in our House Manual once the property is reserved.

It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278(8) of this Code.

Maximum occupancy is 12 Adults, (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age is not included in the count of total.

a. The maximum number of transient occupants authorized to stay overnight at any vacation rental shall be limited to two (2) persons per sleeping room. The number of sleeping rooms shall be confirmed by on-site inspection by a representative of the city, and

b. The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and

c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.
