This property is located in a quiet residential area with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Delray Beach Police Department gets dispatched to the property.

Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed.

Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests. (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age is not included in the count of total.

You are able to have up to 8 person's under thirteen (13) years of age in total.

There is NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed inside the home or on the premises.

We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool.

We stock the home with 2 pool floats. You are more than welcome to order from Amazon or pick up at one of the local stores.
