PARKING is limited to 5 vehicle's depending on size. No Parking on landscaping or grass. This property is located on Las Olas Isles.
This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.
Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.
