PARKING is limited to 3-4 vehicle's depending on size. NO STREET PARKING, No Parking on landscaping or grass. This property is located Downtown in Victoria Park and vehicles will be towed by the city if illegally parked.

This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.

Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.

Victoria Park is an upscale family oriented neighborhood walking distance to Las Olas Blvd where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants, pubs and shopping. There are multiple parks walking distance through the neighborhood and 2 Fort Lauderdale beaches (Fort Lauderdale Beach & Central Beach) are a short 5 minute drive. 3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

-A starter pack of disposables is provided to our guests. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and more. If you are staying for a longer period, there are several local options to purchase more, including convenient delivery options via Instacart and Amazon Whole Foods delivery.

● We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool.

● We stock the home with pool floats; however, we can not guarantee how many. You are more than welcome to order from Amazon or pick up at one of the local stores within 10 minutes of the home.
