When I arrived
When I arrived, I had to wait approximately one hour to check in even though I told the host the exact time I would arrive. I had two small children and my wife with me which made them very upset. The listing also advertised an in-home steam room and in home gym. When I reached out to the host to clarify whether that meant these amenities were located in the unit itself, as advertised the host confirmed. However, upon arrival, there was no in room steam room nor and in room, gym. When I asked the host for a partial refund or a future credit, they refused and blamed Airbnb instead, despite specifically confirming with me that these amenities would be located in the unit I booked. Overall, very misleading booking. I would not have paid the price for this room had I known these private amenities were not available.

Great location and friendly staff. The kids had a fantastic time, and so did we. The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Amenities as well. I would definitely stay there again.

We came to Fort Lauderdale during Spring Break season
We came to Fort Lauderdale during Spring Break season, which would seem like a bad idea, but everything at the Four Seasons was calm and perfect. The residence was perfectly clean and the communication with the host was excellent. The beds were so comfortable.

We will definitely be staying here again. Wonderful residence inside Four Seasons with too notch service, views, food, and amenities. The unit was absolutely beautiful with perfect views of the ocean and city.

Phenomenal place, views from the terrace were incredible. Plenty space for our family of two adults and two kids. Clean and modern. Communication was outstanding and so was the service. We would text the front desk to get the car from valet and a minute later it was waiting for us. Would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay here-- it was the perfect balance of ample private space with all the amenities of being at a luxury hotel. The LVS management team was proactive in communication and they were extremely helpful in solving a crib problem to ensure our son had somewhere proper to sleep. The place was clean, comfortable, and we especially loved the balcony when the weather turned bad and we had to retreat from the beach to our room.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit and were very pleased with our entire experience. The unit was very clean and well represented by the photos and descriptions. The Balcony was amazing with southern exposure. We had sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The LVS team was top notch from the time we booked, check in, check ups and all the way to check out. Between the unbelievable service from them and the Residences concierge we were accommodated for anything you could need. A truly professional and luxury experience. 6 Stars 😎

LVS at Four Seasons was exactly what we wanted for a holiday week in Ft Lauderdale. Confirm all pictures and descriptions are as shown in the listing. I have been in several rooms on the property and this unit has all of the same amenities that can be found in any other 2 bed unit on the property.

The unit itself was perfect for our small family of 3. It’s a small Four Seasons property, and we found it easy to come and go as needed. Luxury Vacation Stays communicated very quickly via text to my pre-arrival questions, making it very easy to plan ahead. Hotel amenities, like gym and on-site restaurant, made this an ideal stay!

Toll war, dass uns sogar Spielsachen zur Verfügung gestellt worden sind. Das Essen im Four Seasons war nicht so unser Fall aber ansonsten hat es uns super gefallen. Unsere Tochter war vor allem vom Kids Club begeistert, der jeden Tag offen hatte und mitbenutzt werden konnte ohne extra dafür zu zahlen.

Beautiful unit in the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale. It was clean, spacious and brand new. The bathrooms were big and gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, and the expansive balcony with amazing views was really nice to spend time on in the afternoons while the kids napped after the pool. We loved the Four Seasons hotel and amenities, and as always, their service is top notch. Although we booked through an outside party, the hotel staff somehow always knew our names - and small things like that are very noticeable. The management company was very responsive and attentive, it’s obvious that they care about the service they provide. We will stay here again!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Luxury Vacation Stays! The property was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing getaway. The booking process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Condo was nice with nice amenities, however housekeeping lacked as there was hair in the bathrooms and showers when we arrived. We were left with only 1 washcloth for 5 days, I reached out to the host about this & they never got back to me. Had to pay incidental fee of $200 per night to the front desk of hotel and check in and out as if we were hotel guests instead of air bnb guests, even though this was not mentioned in the listing. The man that met with us was very unfriendly that showed us up to our condo. He didn’t ask if we had questions or anything he barely spoke to us.

Room service available from the hotel. Beach attendants have tons of toys and games, push button service while on the beach. Great showers/bathrooms too with plenty of towels. 10/10 stay.
