📋 IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION

🔞 MINIMUM BOOKING AGE
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.
• A valid government-issued ID matching the reservation details must be presented at check-in.

🔒SECURITY DEPOSIT & AUTHORIZATION HOLD

To help protect the property during your stay, a refundable security authorization hold may be required.

The authorization hold amount varies based on the category and type of property reserved and will generally range from $500 to $2,000. The applicable authorization hold is processed on the day of arrival.

If you would like to know the specific authorization hold amount applicable to the property category you are considering, please message us prior to booking and our team will be happy to provide this information in advance.

An authorization hold is not a charge. The funds are temporarily authorized on the payment method provided and, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, missing items, violations, or other amounts due under the reservation agreement, the hold will be released within 5 to 15 days following departure. Please note that the timing for the funds to become available after release may vary depending on your financial institution.

Certain reservations may require a refundable security deposit instead of an authorization hold. When a security deposit is required and collected for the reservation, an additional authorization hold will generally not be necessary.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable security deposit and/or authorization hold requirements associated with your stay.

🚭 SMOKING POLICY
• Villa Allure is strictly non-smoking indoors.
• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and marijuana, is not permitted inside the residence at any time.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas away from doors and windows.
• All exterior doors must remain fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the residence.
• If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, so they do not litter the property.

🏊 POOL SAFETY
• The private swimming pool does not have a lifeguard on duty.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Glass containers are not permitted in or around the swimming pool.

📸 This property is not suitable for events or parties. Photoshoots and/or video productions are not allowed at this property. Parking for 4 Vehicles in driveway max. No Street Parking/No Parking on Landscaping/Grass/Sidewalk.

📝 Please note that the Rental Agreement and primary guest identification must be completed and submitted prior to check-in.

👩🏼‍🏫 We provide concierge-like services and can assist in helping booking Deep Sea Fishing, Yacht Charters, Chefs, Massage Therapists, and more. We also have a discount book in the home with discounts and deals that you would find when staying at a traditional luxury hotel.

• We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool.
• We stock the home with pool floats; however, we can not guarantee how many. You are more than welcome to order from Amazon or pick it up at one of the local stores within 10 minutes of the home.

🧹If you are staying for longer than 7 days additional cleaning fees may apply unless you are having the home cleaned during your stay.

b. The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection b. shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and

c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.
