PARKING: Parking is ONLY permitted inside driveway. There is NO STREET PARKING, NO parking over sidewalk & NO PARKING ON TURF/LANDSCAPING.
—Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

DISCLAIMER: You must be 25 years or older to book this property. This property DOES NOT allow groups under 25 years of age, events, parties, photo shoots/production shoots or large gatherings of any kind. This property is located in a quiet residential area and the noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.

Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.

Below are compliance statements that the Lauderdale by the Sea requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:

1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

●Must be 25 years or older to book this property. Must present government-issued identification card and credit card used to pay for reservation at check-in that matches the information provided by the booking platform.

●For safety reasons, an additional security deposit in the form of an authorization hold may be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully released/reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

●Dockage may be available for an additional fee. Drop off & Pick up are available by approved charter companies/vendors.

●This property is not suitable for events or parties. Photoshoots and/or video productions are not allowed at this property. Parking for 4 Vehicles in driveway max. No Street Parking/No Parking on Landscaping/Grass/Sidewalk.

●We provide concierge-like services and can assist in helping booking Deep Sea Fishing, Yacht Charters, Chefs, Massage Therapists, and more. We also have a discount book in the home with discounts and deals that you would find when staying at a traditional luxury hotel.

● PET RULES:
-Confirmation from manager that property is pet friendly and approval of pet is required.
-Pets must be fully potty trained.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or inside the pool.
-All pet waste must be disposed of in a sealed pet waste bag and placed in the designated bin.
-If pet hair is found on linens or furniture, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
-Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet, including scratches, stains, or chewing on furniture.
-Pets must not dig or cause damage to the turf, landscaping, or outdoor furniture.

● If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, so they do not litter the property.

● We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool.

● We stock the home with pool floats; however, we can not guarantee how many. You are more than welcome to order from Amazon or pick it up at one of the local stores within 10 minutes of the home.

● Note: If you are staying for longer than 7 days additional cleaning fees may apply unless you are having the home cleaned during your stay.

The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection b. shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and

c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.

With height restrictions in our downtown area, you won’t find big high-rise hotels in LBTS's charming beach-side town! And with our closeness to Ft. Lauderdale’s airport 20 minutes away and shopping and restaurants within a quick walk, you don’t need a car to enjoy a low-key, beachside vacation.

RESTAURANTS- 10-Minute Walk
For breakfast, pastries, and a cup of coffee, stop by Bean and Barnacle in the Plunge Beach Hotel. Casual restaurants near Anglins Pier include Anglin’s Beach Cafe for breakfast classics, seafood, and Greek-style dishes; and Aruba Beach Cafe for a surf-and-turf menu and weekday happy hour specials. For a classy yet casual restaurant, try 101 Ocean featuring a large outdoor bar, or head to Sea Watch on the Ocean, an old-time Florida seafood restaurant with sweeping ocean views.

LOCAL EVENTS- 10-Minute Walk
Don’t miss out on fun events in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. For the Fourth of July, the holiday kicks off with a parade in the morning, family-friendly gatherings all day, and caps off with a fireworks display launched from the beach at El Prado Park. Later in July, the town welcomes a two-day lobster season with BugFest-By-The-Sea which features lobster diving competitions, seminars, cooking demos, parties, concerts, and more. The last week of October brings Boo-By-The-Sea, a trick-or-tricking event for kids 3 to 11 years old. And, from late fall through spring, be on the lookout for the farmers market at El Prado Park and free dancing lessons at the Beach Pavilion.

Public parks and oceanfront spaces are favorites for visitors and locals alike. El Prado Park is the area’s most popular beachfront park and the Beach Pavilion is another restful spot for people watching with an ocean view.
