It was so nice to stay in a hotel managed by LVS
It was so nice to stay in a hotel managed by LVS. This management company ensured the house was sparking clean and very well railed. . The home had exactly what we would need for the vacation without being cluttered. The kitchen had just the right pans, serve ware,A great coffee machine etc. The bathrooms were well stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We enjoyed the game room, the movie theater, and playing monopoly! The pool was beautiful and comfortable temperature, we enjoyed the stand up paddle boards on the intercoastal.
The bicycles were in great condition with helmets, the beach equipment was exactly what we needed, including a little wagon, chairs, beach towels, beach toys. the beach was a very short walk – just Down the street and across the road.
LVS put us in touch with a great boat captain who took us out for the day in the intercostal.
It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and we appreciated all LVS did to make our stay so enjoyable.

We loved the area
We loved the area, and the house itself was well stocked with beach gear and a game room, which we appreciated. However, we had a disappointing experience with the management and communication. An elevator was represented as an amenity, but upon arrival it was locked and labeled for owner use only. After raising the issue, we received an apology by phone, followed by an email denying that the elevator was ever listed — and the listing was subsequently changed.
Additionally, the backyard receives very little direct sunlight, as it is heavily blocked by the surrounding structure, which was not clear from the photos. Overall, the issue was not the home itself, but a lack of transparency and inconsistent communication from the company.

Terrific spot, we all enjoyed our stay, very memorable, very clean and the host was very responsive. Loved the house and proximity to the beach and many restaurants. Only downside was some of the areas outside could use a touch up, the decking, pool and railings. But either than that would highly recommend. Thank you.
