We had a great time and the staff was very helpful at showing us everything and being in touch every step of the way. Location was fantastic super close to the beach and everything was laid out very clear. House was super fun and we had a blast.
We had a wonderful family Vacation and the house and amenities made it perfect

It was so nice to stay in a hotel managed by LVS
It was so nice to stay in a hotel managed by LVS. This management company ensured the house was sparking clean and very well railed. . The home had exactly what we would need for the vacation without being cluttered. The kitchen had just the right pans, serve ware,A great coffee machine etc. The bathrooms were well stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
We enjoyed the game room, the movie theater, and playing monopoly! The pool was beautiful and comfortable temperature, we enjoyed the stand up paddle boards on the intercoastal.
The bicycles were in great condition with helmets, the beach equipment was exactly what we needed, including a little wagon, chairs, beach towels, beach toys. the beach was a very short walk - just Down the street and across the road.
LVS put us in touch with a great boat captain who took us out for the day in the intercostal.
It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and we appreciated all LVS did to make our stay so enjoyable.

We loved the area
We loved the area, and the house itself was well stocked with beach gear and a game room, which we appreciated. However, we had a disappointing experience with the management and communication. An elevator was represented as an amenity, but upon arrival it was locked and labeled for owner use only. After raising the issue, we received an apology by phone, followed by an email denying that the elevator was ever listed — and the listing was subsequently changed.
Additionally, the backyard receives very little direct sunlight, as it is heavily blocked by the surrounding structure, which was not clear from the photos. Overall, the issue was not the home itself, but a lack of transparency and inconsistent communication from the company.

Only downside was some of the areas outside could use a touch up, the decking, pool and railings. But either than that would highly recommend. Thank you.

Wonderful stay at this well located and well appointed home for a girls getaway birthday celebration. Excellent kitchen with everything you need for cooking, great pool and hot tub and the canal was very peaceful. Plenty of room for everyone, many intimate, seating areas, very comfortable beds. It’s an incredible location, the house is on the canal and the beach across the street, tons of great restaurants, and shopping, we really loved the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I stayed at the home for a company retreat and had colleagues and sig others stay. The home was as described and handled as a luxury property. Met for check-in and then stayed in constant communication via text message. There were a couple matters that popped up during the stay, and Lux Vacation was immediate and effective in their response. The home is well-appointed. One night we had a chef cook and the home had basically everything needed for the chef. The location is about 1.2 miles south of Atlantic/1A intersection and the road is across the street from public beach access - really great location. Would recommend and would stay again.

The service team was super responsive to our every request and the house was exactly as advertised, with lots of amenities for our family of 13. The location is awesome- we biked 10 minutes to town each morning for coffee and smoothies. One short block walk to a beautiful beach. We used the hot tub and pool- didn’t have enough time to use all the extras like paddle boards and kayaks. Very spacious gathering areas and bedrooms, comfy bedding, highly recommend this 6 bedroom home.

My family and a couple of members stayed at this beautiful and spacious home. The Master and all of the other rooms were large and quite comfortable. The electric window shades were perfect for these windows. We only stayed 2 nights and utilized the jacuzzi and pool at night (absolutely lovely), the movie theatre room (nice and cold with cozy blankets, the game room which had a air hockey to stir up the laughter and competition and video game (Fort Knight), which my granddaughter loves. We only cooked 1 meal, which was breakfast in the updated kitchen. Everything really was perfect. I loved the sitting areas (outside of the Master room and one on the 2nd floor. They were nice to sit in and enjoy the view of the balcony overlooking the living room, pool and canal. Our mattresses were nice and firm (I forgot to get the name of the mattress for my husband and one of the other guest:). Quaint downtown Delray was not far. A delightful ice cream shop and shopping. We will come back!!

Our family had such a great time at Villa Rhodes!!! The kids loved kayaking and paddle boarding right out back in the canal. They also really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The Villa is very spacious and provided enough room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. They also had everything we needed. It is very well stocked with appliances in the kitchen as well as bath and pool towels. For a family traveling from out of state this was a wonderful choice. The Villa host anticipates your needs and provides everything for a seamless relaxing vacation. They were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Villa Rhodes!!!!
