—Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

DISCLAIMER: You must be 25 years or older to book this property. This property DOES NOT allow groups under 25 years of age, events, parties, photo shoots/production shoots or large gatherings of any kind. This property is located in a quiet residential area and the noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.

Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.

Below are compliance statements that the Lauderdale by the Sea requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:

1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.

2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.

4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

Must be 25 Years or Older to book this property. Must present a government-issued ID for check-in that matches the information provided by the booking platform used to make the reservation.

For safety reasons, an additional security deposit in the form of an authorization hold may be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

This property is NOT suitable for events or parties. Photoshoots and/or video productions are NOT allowed at this property.

We provide concierge like services through TUX CONCIERGE and can assist in helping with Deep Sea Fishing, Yacht Charters, Chefs, Live Hibachi, Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals, Massage Therapists and more. We also have a discount book in the home with discounts and deals on local restaurants that you would find when staying at a traditional luxury hotel.

● There is NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed inside the home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts or paraphernalia in a cup, so they do not litter the property.

● Starter Pack of Disposables Provided:
-A starter pack of disposables is provided to our guests. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and more. If you are staying for a longer period, there are several local options to purchase more, including convenient delivery options via Instacart and Amazon Whole Foods delivery.

● We provide plenty of bathing towels and separate beach/pool towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation. These are for use during your stay. Bathing towels should NOT be used for Pool/Beach. Please ensure that they are not lost or we will ask that they be replaced. There are also plenty of lounges and seating areas around the pool.

● We do our best to ensure beach chairs & floats are on property for use although we can not guarantee it. We do have an electronic pool float pump for use to easily blow up floats. There is also a grocery store Publix, CVS & Dollar Tree located 2 minutes from the home to purchase anything needed.

● Do not put the lounge chairs in the pool tanning area as they will damage the diamond brite.

***If you are staying for longer than 14 days additional cleaning fees may apply unless you are having the home cleaned during your stay.

Maximum occupancy is 10 Adults & (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age.

a. The maximum number of transient occupants authorized to stay overnight at any vacation rental shall be limited to two (2) persons per sleeping room. The number of sleeping rooms shall be confirmed by on-site inspection by a representative of the city, and

b. The maximum number of persons allowed to gather at or occupy a vacation rental shall not exceed one and one-half (1 ½) times the maximum occupants authorized to stay overnight at that site, as shown on the certificate of compliance, and in no event shall a gathering exceed twenty (20) persons. This subsection b. shall not apply to owner-occupied vacation rentals when the property owner is physically present on the site during the gathering, and

c. Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and shall not count towards the occupancy limits set in subsections a. and b. above.

With height restrictions in our downtown area, you won’t find big high-rise hotels in LBTS's charming beach-side town! And with our closeness to Ft. Lauderdale’s airport 20 minutes away and shopping and restaurants within a quick walk, you don’t need a car to enjoy a low-key, beachside vacation.

For breakfast, pastries, and a cup of coffee, stop by Bean and Barnacle in the Plunge Beach Hotel. Casual restaurants near Anglins Pier include Anglin’s Beach Cafe for breakfast classics, seafood, and Greek-style dishes; and Aruba Beach Cafe for a surf-and-turf menu and weekday happy hour specials. Don’t miss out on fun events in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. For the Fourth of July, the holiday kicks off with a parade in the morning, family-friendly gatherings all day, and caps off with a fireworks display launched from the beach at El Prado Park. Later in July, the town welcomes a two-day lobster season with BugFest-By-The-Sea which features lobster diving competitions, seminars, cooking demos, parties, concerts, and more.
